I buy a pair of HP and found that their guarantee (in my opinion) not worth the paper it is printed. A piece of molding on one side of one of the computer was loose when I got it. I reported to HP customer service immediately (in India), but HP said that have no record of this call. In short, the computer has been returned to HP then stated that they consider the molding in bulk, such as physical damage not covered. During my discussion with HP, they said everything was dissolved injury.

This model DV6 HP 1350US is good for use at home and work, not for the players.

After buying this laptop and install all the software I needed, and behold, Windows 7 is not compatible with my printer 2-years, so I had to return it. Such a shame.

After months of considering a new laptop for my old Dell Latitude D600, I finally pulled the trigger to replace the purchase. I bought this from Amazon 3 days before Thanksgiving. The purchase price was $ 579.99. Before we arrived I returned to my purchase the day after Thanksgiving and the price revision is now $ 499.99! Being a bit 'annoyed that I just paid $ 80.00 more for the laptop exactly the same 3 days before I wrote and requested a refund of the difference. Amazon wrote me back and tried to feel guilty saying that they have no guarantee of price, but since only 3 days went back and refund the difference, what they did and I really appreciated. The laptop has arrived first and died during the night! I contacted Toshiba to find out why Windows will not start and was ordered to return. I contacted Amazon and immediately sent a replacement.
